Jerry was a sucessful sports agent who work in a huge sports management company. One day he suggest the company need to improve thier customer services as customer services was more important that money. As his boss did not like his suggestion, his boss fired him and grab all of his clients exclude a American football players called Rod Tidwell. At the end Jerry success to help Rod become a famous American football player.
As a sports agent, what they need to do is only represent the sports players to get as more contract, advertisment and money as they can. Jerry think that's not good enough. He think good relation with client was also important. And at the end he proof it.
